These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Elluminox, FlowerPIN, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Elluminox provides authentication, content review, and risk indicator services designed to assist users in decision-making.

 

Important:
Elluminox provides signals and indicators only.
It does not make final decisions, judgments, or legal determinations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To use the Services for lawful purposes only

• Not to misuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Services

• Not to rely on the Services as the sole basis for legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions

5. Accounts & Subscriptions

Some Services require account registration and/or paid subscriptions.

• Subscription fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis

• Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

• Usage limits may apply depending on your plan

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

• Use the Services for illegal, deceptive, or abusive activities

• Circumvent usage limits or security mechanisms

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and designs related to the Services are the exclusive property of Harbortec or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• Services are provided on a best-effort basis

• Planned maintenance or unexpected outages may occur

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Harbortec shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Harbortec in the preceding 30 days

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services:

• For violation of these Terms

• For abusive or excessive usage

• With reasonable notice where practicable

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be effective upon posting, with reasonable notice for material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
